A room to rent in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. It is on the ground floor in a quiet complex (Summerville) on parklands main road. Walking distance to Ashwood centre, PnP, Clicks, McDonald’s and other amenities. A myciti stop just outside the complex.
I just moved in January and still busy setting up the lounge as seen in the pictures. Newly renovated lounge and kitchen area.
About the roomies
Just myself, i work and study. I am very quiet and mostly. I leave home very early and back late nights. I prefer someone quiet cos i am sensitive to noise.
