The room available for short or long term, depending on how we get along ;-) It’s upstairs with it’s own bathroom with access to the lounge & a remote office. You will have the upstairs to yourself accept during most working hours, when I’ll be in the office. There is WIFI (incl.) & an UPS. There is no TV upstairs. The complex consists of 6 units & is very safe & secure. I don’t supply linen, but I can if needed. The kitchen & snug are shared.

I’m a designer & programmer. I’m renting, but I have the extra room that is not used. I have had a housemate that lived with me for a year, so I can’t be all that bad to live with as long as the place is always kept neat & clean. If you are allergic to light housework, (like washing dishes, cleaning your room & bathroom), pls don’t apply. I do smoke, but only downstairs when everything is open.
