Thembi's room

The apartment is situated in a 24hr secure complex in a quiet suburban area, with many shopping centres within a small radius for ease of access to any necessities. The complex has a gym, pool, braai area and clubhouse that can be booked out as needed. The room is currently used as a work space/ storage and will be emptied out upon moving in. The tenant will have their own bathroom fitted with a shower.

I am a young professional who works from home. I’m a creative who enjoys the company of others and look forward to potentially sharing my place with someone. If you can keep clean and be mindful and respectful of the shared space we shouldn’t have any problems.
