A few details 🥰: -Rent is 7k -Unfurnished but each room has built in cupboards -it’s in upper Claremont near Cavendish -Its a 12 month lease (from Feb 2024) -the utilities bill will be split between us😊 -deposit is already covered, you don’t need to pay it :)
