Electricity is prepaid and it is an additional R300-R500 per month(depe nding on usage but roughly between R300-500. The apartment is located next to a spar, a library, bakery, ok mini and a park. It’s about 10 minutes away from UWC and CPUT main Campus. Parking is available and there’s a braai area downstairs. There is a bus stop right outside the complex and there’s access to other forms of public transport. Documents Required
