About the room
Welcome the Suikerbos House. At our commune, we have single rooms for rent and a limited number of sharing units. The property is situated in Jan Hofmeyer, Johannesburg and is 5 minutes away from UJ campuses and is a walking distance from one of their campus entrances.
The rooms are all fully furnished with a single bed, cupboard and computer desk and chair as well as a bar fridge.
We have a communal Lounge with a shared stove, washing machine, fridges and a freezer.
The bathroom is shared and includes showers, a sink and toilets.
Uncapped WiFi and electricity and water utilities are included in rent. The house is also fitted with an armed response alarm to ensure the safety of all tenants.
