I have a room available in a 2bedroom shared apartment in Woodstock.

About the building: the apartment is located on the third floor, it’s mountain facing, so you’ll wake up to a great view of Table Mountain, Lions Head and Signal Hill. The block itself has 24hr security and there is an option to rent a parking bay. Should you require one. Oh yes, there is a lift but does not operate during load shedding.

There’s a roof top chill area, where youll be able to braai, a swimming pool and a gym. There are laundry facilities as well but my apartment has a fully functional washer and dryer.

The rental is R7500 per month, payable on the 1st of the month, this will include a furnished room, wifi, electricity and water and a backup light for load sheading.

I’m a working professional in the financial industry. I’m between working from home and the office. It’s usually 2days office and 3days home. I’m super chilled and easy to get along with but also enjoy keeping to myself. Happy to share meals and happy to help where I can. I would prefer someone who is kind and not full of nonsense, neat, respectful and who would treat my place as if it is theirs, as I’m going to be traveling and won’t be home most days.

I do enjoy all kinds of sports and that includes watching them. I’ve partied way to much in my 20s, I honestly can’t keep up with anyone that wants to pull an all nighter, with that been said, I’d prefer to maintain a healthier lifestyle and would welcome any suggestions towards that goal.
