🏊♂️🌳🚗 A garden and swimming pool is available on the 1st floor. Parking is available, but only to one person and is taken as a first come first serve basis.
Rent vary from the room due the difference in size. For the smaller room, it’s R3,5k and for the other 2 rooms, it’s R3,7k(2024 pricing) Contact for more details. Bills(water and electricity) are not included in the rent and you pay based on consumption 💧⚡️
About the roomies
This is a privately run ,student accommodation. Any student or anyone studying is welcome to come(Proof of admission to an institution is needed)
The students who live here are free to do whatever they please, so long it doesn’t clash with the house rules. And since this is shared accommodation, the crucial rule we emphasis is respect, modesty and accountability amongst our tenants.
