The Room itself is located at the very end of the house making it quite private. It contains a bed, and BIC, and the tenant can use the guest bathroom.

The property itself has a small garden, with a view of the Boland Mountains. A 5kVa inverter to cover everything (except oven + geyser) during loadshedding. The kitchen is also fitted with a gas hob for Eskom free cooking. The property itself is semi modernised with some elements such as windows, terracotta still old style.

The property also includes 2 furry friends. Beethoven and Frikkie.

Stellenberg itself is a quiet, affluent neighbourhood, located in the Northern Suburbs, with parks scattered throughout to make walking and jogging quite enjoyable. It also has a strong sense of community and has a very active neighbourhood-watch.

I’m a Software Engineer working from home.

I do enjoy gyming and will be out there most mornings.

I enjoy cooking (sometimes exotic dishes) and baking sourdoughs, and l like to tend to my herb garden out back (recently started).

I also enjoy exploring the Winelands and Coast over weekends and frequently visit a family owned beach batch in Onrus (Hermanus)
