About the room
One bedroom available in a spacious two-bedroom apartment situated on Main Road in Upper Kenilworth.
We are looking for a third roommate (preferably male) for our apartment. Young professionals or post-graduate students are favourable.
Located in an exclusive complex with a central garden oasis, this apartment offers panoramic views. Inside, a spacious dining and lounge area leads to a generous balcony.
The apartment is in the process of being furnished, but the kitchen is fully functional and a couch will be in the lounge, in due course.
The bedroom is unfurnished but has large built-in cupboards and curtains.
There are 1.5 bathrooms, and they are both communal.
Water and WiFi included. Electricity is pay as you go, and will be shared with the other tenants.
There is on street parking available that is patrolled by a guard at night.
About the roomies
The other room is shared by a couple, who have just finished their journalism honours degree.
One is working full-time and the other is doing his masters degree in journalism.
