Llew's room

I am about to sign a lease on an apartment in Gardens. I need to ensure that I have a roommate to share the rent before I commit. It’s near the National Gallery, close to everything, including the Woolies. The apartment is bright and sunny, off the ground floor of a small apartment/retail block. The apartment will be furnished, it would just need your stuff for the room. Included in the rent, cleaner twice a week, including washing and ironing. As well as fibre wifi and streaming services.

I am super chilled, quiet professional. I really dig people and building lasting friendships. But I am big on everyone having their personal space and time. I work 3days a week in the office. I have a puppy arriving soon but he will be either a daycare or at work with me so he would just be around evenings and weekends at home. He is going to a good school and is quiet breed. I love music, art, occasionally binge watching Netflix, running, gym and hanging with my mates. I don’t really cook so the kitchen can be your total play area (I make a great espresso, martini and smashed avo on toast). I have a neat and clean thing, so thus the cleaner (she is awesome and been with me for years).
