Light sunny room available in this lovely Greenside house (house shared with 2 to 3 others).

The house and property are spacious. The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 shower with basin, a separate bathroom/ basin, and 2 separate toilets on one side, and then a full ensuite on the other side of the house which is currently taken by one tenant. Plenty of other furnished communal space.

We have a pool, large gardens, and ample secure parking, and are walking distance to Johannesburg botanical gardens, shops, and restaurants. We are nestled in the quiet part of Greenside, but Greenside itself is vibey, and is neighboured by other vibey areas such as Parkhurst, Melville, Parkview, and Linden.

The room to rent has a private entrance onto the back garden.

R5800 (inclusive) rent - covers electricity, water, security/alarm service, weekly domestic, fortnightly gardener, high speed WIFI. The room has some basic furnishings, and a Queen bed is available if needed.

A flexible tenancy agreement is offered to suit short and long stays.

Pets: currently there are none on the property, however we are open to cats.

Currently there are 2 down-to-earth ladies, early to mid-30s (a lawyer and arts coordinator). We are looking for 2 new tenants (4 bedroom house). You will be well suited here if you are tidy and considerate, and are looking for a friendly and respectful shared-home environment.
