I am looking for a friendly, neat and young professional to share a two bedroom apartment with me from 1 May 2024.
The apartment comes fully furnished apart from the bedroom that you would occupy. This bedroom can fit a queen size bed and small desk. A key feature is that the place is in a boomed off area with boom guards as well as 24hr security in the complex (Caversham Hill, Mill Hill). Furthermore, it is also perfectly situated, being, near both Sandton city and Rosebank as well as many gyms, grocery stores and the Sandton hospital.
We will share the utilities and wifi bills 50/50
I am an easygoing and hardworking person that enjoys relaxing, watching sports and playing PC games. I do tend to keep to myself but also like to chat too. I am more than happy to tell you more about myself.
FYI - My lovely old cat who is very sociable lives with me.
