This property is in Randpark ridge, in a quiet neighbourhood and very safe with 24 hour patrolling. It is located opposite Beyers Naudé and the closest convenience stores are less than R30 Uber away. I work in Bryanston opposite Mediclinic which is 20 minutes and costs R60 rand every trip. The complex allows kids and cats. But for this situation, I do not want to accommodate a child/cat
