This is a great secure, four bedroom house in Parkview. Close to Parkhurst, running clubs, Parkview Golf Course, Rosebank Mall and a 5 minute drive from Wits Main Campus. In the property, there is a small plunge pool, a large parking area as well as an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room area. Additionally, it is an unfurnished property. Utilities, security, wifi, etc are not included in the rent amount.

We are a group of girls in their 20s studying and working in the Health Science field - one OT comm serve, a final year med student and a genetic counselling student. We take our work seriously, but also love having a good time and are social people. We are looking for a student or young prefessional in their 20s, who is friendly and outgoing, yet mindful of others when sharing communal spaces. Guys and girls are welcome, but must be a non-smoker.
