The apartment is a walking distance from Rivonia Village. There is a gas stove, loadshedding is not a problem. Wifi is available if person is willing to split, there’s also ups for when there’s loadshedding wifi still works. The bedroom is big enough for a queen size bed. Good natural light. Kitchen comes with appliances (microwave fridge washing machine and dish washer, they belong to the landlord). Living room is not furnished so there is much to be done there. Electricity is prepaid. Fixed charges are R150 a month.

Enjoys clean home, considerate. Easy to get along with. Am 23 working from home most of the time. Just down to earth, hoping to share with someone who easy going and tidy.
