Welcome to your new home! Your room on the second floor is cozy and comes with a big wardrobe. You’ll have access to a bathroom that’s lockable, complete with a toilet, bathtub, and shower. The kitchen has a stove, cabinets, and a sink, and there’s even a balcony for you to enjoy the view. Safety is a priority with fingerprint access, and parking is available. You’ll share the common space with another tenant, but your private room is all yours. Just a heads-up, you’ll need to cover your own water and electricity bills. Please note are welcomed to furnish the living room to your liking in agreement with your roommate of course.The area is 10mins away from South Gate Mall, public transport is also available in the area. Within the complex you will have access to the following: cafe, a convenient store and jungle gym and a jogging trail. You will sure enjoy your stay, it’s a promise.

You won’t be staying alone and you won’t be staying with me, but with someone I’ll find through this platform. I’m Phephisile, the owner. I’m friendly, approachable, and passionate about providing comfortable and professional accommodation. For safety, background checks will be conducted, and I’ll make sure both roommates are the same gender to avoid discomfort. Each roommate will have a lease agreement.
