Observatory is the hub of creativity heart and soul, after my return from South America I could not feel at home anywhere else but here, this is my Buenos Aires for now.

The room is large and sunny, fully furnished with a double bed, fresh linens, art bedside drawers, lamps and chairs and to top it off built in cupboards.

My house is filled with art and eccentricities I’ve been a collector for decades and have purchased little bits from everywhere I’ve laid my hat on the Globe.

Food is a necessity and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the Kitchen Aid fancies a foodie desires.

The bathroom is small with only a shower but it’s clean and renovated.

The street is peaceful and quiet, a dog park is right across the road and street parking it is. OBSID is continuously visible and I’ve had no problems.

I am still working on the outside space … the little garden and painting etc but all will fall into place.

Animals make the heart happy, my animals have passed on so I am happy to have animals around as long as it’s not a cat. Best is to come have a look and see.

The room is available from the 1st of February 2024.

I am a very easy going person, Loved the description I saw on this platform as an extroverted introvert.

Art, food, music and creativity has been my life. Worked in the Television Industry abroad for many a years and my darling off spring has also chosen to do so, she lives in Kommetjie.

We are happy people without any strings attached.

I am extremely well organised and love a clean abode there is a cleaning service coming in once a week and Primrose is fabulous.

A UPS is installed so no problems with Fibre if Loadshedding hits.

This place will be suitable to Most eccentrics and creatives as well as business and professional people, best is, as said, to come around and have a look and chat.
