The apartment is in the heart of Bedfordview which is close to Eastgate mall and Bedford centre. The apartment complex includes:

• a pool
• laundromat
• hockey pitch
• jungle gym
• covered parking

Unfortunately the apartment complex does not allow pets.

The apartment is a two bedroom, two bathroom and the rental of the room will include:

• own bathroom (not en-suite)
• own room with additional hallway cupboard storage available
• separate study/office area
• balcony
• fully equipped kitchen (includes washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc)

My current flatmate is immigrating so there is an option to purchase any furnishings required from her.

Hi there! My current flatmate and I have been living in the apartment for the last year and absolutely love it!

Unfortunately, she is immigrating and we’re looking to rent out her room. I am an accounting student and hoping to immigrate myself in Feb/March next year after writing my board exam.

The landlord is very understanding and extremely attentive with any repairs needed. He’s agreed to allow us to extend our lease by a few months and is open to renewing a new lease when I immigrate myself.
