Requirements :permanently employed, identification, 3months bank statement and 3 recent pay slips. Would suite a peaceful, responsible person(s). Located in Newfield Estate close to rylands. Close to public transportation and shops.

I personally don’t interfere with tenents, your space is yours and mine is mine. As long as we talk about things in a decent manner then we should able to sort things out in a peaceful way if there is a problem.
