5 minutes from Bloubergbeach. Nearby Table Bay Mall. Secure complex with swimming pool. Public laundry free of charge but there is a washing machine in the apartment. Plant lovers are appreciated as I’m growing my plants and pot plant collection and someone who loves plants will be appreciated. The wifi is included in the rent, electricity is not and water bill will be split 50/50 between the 2 roommates.

Will be sharing with a man who is neat and tidy, quiet and keeps to himself. Drama free. Unfortunately party types and boyfriend’s are not permitted stay over/visit this apartment.
