The available room is unfurnished but has a built-in closet with shelves and hanging space. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment fully furnished, but if you want to add some of your personality, I’m cool w that. There’s 1 bathroom in the apartment, with a shower. There is no washing machine in the unit, however the apartment building has a communal washing machine and dryer on the top floor. Along with an open braai area. The apartment is in Upper Wynberg, Cape Town. It’s a quiet neighbourhood, two streets away from the Main Road. It is a 5 mins walk away from PnP, 10-15 mins away from the closest mall, 15 mins away from Checkers, and 10 mins away from a Woolies Foodstop. There’s a park close by, as well.
