Address and reference number from your previous landlord must be provided. Not negotiable. such requirements mentioned must be met with each tenant. Tenants must be comfortable with dogs and cats, as both are on the property. However, No Tenant is permitted to bring their animals on the property. The room can be semi furnished, this includes curtains, single bed(linen and pillows for bed not included), new mattress, and side tables for an additional charge. Property viewings are available. The room will not be available to view until current tenant vacates. One vehicle per tenant. Strictly No backyard mechanic work is allowed on the property. Tenants belongings can not be stored anywhere else in the property other then in the room the tenant is renting.

We are a small private owned furnished house share. With only 5 rooms/5 tenants in our main house, we are looking for one single responsible working adult to take on the room. We are looking for a single person. we are also 420 friendly and smokers are welcome. Unfortunately we do not allow pets as there are already dogs and cats on the property. Children under 16 are not permitted to sleep overs for obvious reasons. The landlord resides in a cottage on the same property not connected to the main house.
