About the room
The room is spacious with its own cupboard space. You will also be provided a linen closet for extra storage. You will have your own bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is an office room that will be shared with myself. A spacious living room (dinning table is pending). Lights, water and wifi are included ( rental will change according to the increase in water and lights tariff). A big garden with a patio. There are 2 points of security. The complex is within a boomed area and is gated as well.
About the roomies
The apartment will consist of just you and I. I am friendly and would love to have a chat but in the same breath love my own space. Mutual respect is a must.
