The house is on a very large safe property and has a big garden with plenty privacy/security to relax and chill. We are situated just 670m away from Olivedale private hospital and a big shopping center . Public transport/Uber just around the corner. And the main roads Malibongwe/Witkopen is within short walking distance.

We offer a minimum 4 month lease as a House guest. Full Deposit required. We also offer a 6 month, 12 month no-go lease. After your lease period is up Your lease falls under a month to month with 30 days notice required . Rent increase only applicable after 12 month’s. We offer a split payment on (6month) lease. R2000 followed by another R2000 over 2 months. (12month) Lease has a 3 month split Deposit R1333 over (3Months.) If a person chooses the deposit installment option- Deposit refunds at end of tenants stay are refundable in the same time frame as the tenants deposit payed. Very reasonable considering no rental agency private or corporate is offering such on rentals. (Zero interest on deposits)
