About the room
A warm and spacious house, ideal for students from Northlink College, UWC and CPUT Bellville.
Situated in a safe area, within walking distance to the CPUT and UWC University shuttle routes.
We structure our leases in such a way as to accommodate NSFAS students as well as private students. We have a house mother on the premises and make sure that all our students are integrated into their new home.
We provide top class internet, included in your rent, as well as a lounge area with a large TV and Netflix connection.
PLEASE NOTE: We only accept applications from registered tertiary education students. We are also able to accept NSFAS-approved students. These prices are for a double sharing room. We do also have single rooms.
About the roomies
Our house mother, Rene, will be on the premises and you will be in a house filled with other students that you can create friendships with and form lasting bonds.
