CONSTANTIA, Cape Town: A self-contained shared apartment adjoins the property owner’s main house on a large, leafy, quiet property in Constantia, Cape Town.
The COURTYARD - Room A:
Courtyard Room ‘A’ comprises: *A queen bed & side-tables. *En-Suite Shower & toilet.
Included: *Fair usage of water, electricity, wifi. *No load-shedding.
Facilities shared with other tenant: *Kitchen. *Covered courtyard sitting area. *Entrance to Courtyard apartment.
Facilities shared by tenants and house owner: *Secure parking. *Front garden.
The Courtyard’s shared kitchen is fully-fitted with most essential appliances, including washing machine and tumble dryer.
The bedroom and en-suite are approximately the size of a generous single garage. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and toilet. There are built-in cupboards in the bedroom. The bedroom is semi-furnished with a queen bed and bedside tables. The bedroom is not suitable for any cooking activities.
The property is centrally-located for access towards either Cape Town central or False Bay. Our road links directly onto the M3 in either direction. It also links onto Rhodes Avenue towards Kirstenbosch Gardens and UCT. It is recommended that the tenant have her own private transport; however, mini bus taxis do travel past the property regularly, linking to Wynberg station and surroundings.
Tenant must love dogs. There are animals on the property. This is a non-smoking property. Suitable for a single female applicant.

The property owners live in the main house; two adults; both work from home. The Courtyard Apartment has a female tenant. There is a Cottage on the property with another female tenant.
We all appreciate quietness and privacy. We are all non-smokers. Three-quarters of us are vegan. Two of us are furry and four-legged.
