3 bedroom apartment with 2 gents, we both have our own rooms, so we need a person who will occupy the 3rd room and share a bathroom 1 gents as its 2 bathrooms.

We have a big balcony, pool/braai area, indoor pool as well as a gym in the estate.

We just need someone till our lease ends in January but we are flexible, we are thinking of renewing our lease if you want to also stay longer

Working-class graduates or students are welcome

The security of the villa is excellent as it’s a retirement village, you will never have to worry about nosey neighbors.

we both working as financial advisors (9-5)

we social, we do have a couple of beers on weekends and smoke occasionally.

we mostly keep to our rooms as we both gamers so most of the time we chilling in our rooms , we are very respectful and mindful!
