About the room
The room is furnished and has a king size bed with enough clothing space. Quiet Cul de sac, in Morningside and 900m from shopping mall. We have a large size pool in the complex and it is very safe. No drama in the 5 years I live here. The room loves to be clean ♧ washing not included. Laundromat at Rivonia Village, 1km away. Cleaning service comes once a week. Dishwasher in kitchen.
About the roomies
I have 2 covid adoption cats, so the person thinking of taking the room, must LOVE cats. I am fairly quiet and love to spend time in gym. Currently I have the luxury still of working from home 2 days a week. Cooking is one of my preferred ways of relaxation and occationally I relax in front of tv. I do like the place clean, so you need to know how to handle mob. ☆
