This is a HOUSE SHARE Situated in a quiet, neat, secure complex in Lorraine, close to all amenities. Own parking. Full use of lounge, shared bathroom, kitchen and all appliances and kitchenware. Braai area outside. No wifi incl.

You have YOUR OWN private room with key, it has built in cupboards and chest of drawers, new 3/4 bed, side table. You have your own house keys. Housekeeping/cleaning will be done by myself. The housemate should just clean up after self in areas used.

There is just myself, I am a quiet person who keeps to myself. My mom stays over sometimes every second weekend. Just relax, be yourself, live!! Permanently employed persons only. No traders! No work from home. Complex rules apply A quiet person gets first option. Smokers allowed A contract will be signed
