CLAREMONT - 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment located on the main road in Claremont. Close to UCT Jammie Stop, Virgin Active/Ignite Fitness and right across the road from Cavendish Square. Please note that the room is unfurnished and all items in the picture is not included and will be removed entirely from the apartment.
About the roomies
I am a law student at Varsity College in Newlands. I love keeping the apartment neat and tidy, however I’m also very laid back and whilst minding my own business. I have no problem being social with my roommate, but I am also willing to respect boundaries and stay out of their business should they be on the introverted side. But should anyone be a roommate willing to make friends, I have no problem exploring around Cape Town with them.
