Essentially it is about sharing a smallish furnished semi-detached house with a small bathroom. Definitely only one person and no pets. The property borders the conservancy and is within 300 meters of the sports fields. The schools, hospital and the Valyland Centre are about 1km from the house.

66 year old man and his 64 year old female partner. Both are semi-retired professional people and quite pedantic about the house, the furniture and no pets, parties and children. We both spend most of our time in Johannesburg so it would be a major advantage (but not essential) if the roomy could stay with a friend for periods of 5 to 10 days about 6 times a year. A rental discount would be negotiated for these periods.
