I have a bedroom and bathroom available inside my spacious quiet house in Wellway Park East in Durbanville for one female for a minimum period of 1 month or longer as required. Free uncapped WIFI is included. Speed 50/50 mbps.

It is available to a single full time working female, or a single senior female student, with sober and tidy habits, and that does not smoke at all.

Kitchen facilities i.e. all equipment, stove, storage space, fridge/freezer and washing machine is available. There is also a lovely garden to relax in.

The room is furnished with built in cupboards, desk, 3/4 bed, pedestal, desk lamp etc.

The house is quiet, no children or dogs around and I have two cats living with me. It’s situated in a peaceful area, in Wellway Park East Durbanville, within 10 minutes walking distance to the nearest shopping centre and less than 10 minutes drive to the town centre and Mediclinic hospital.

The house is very well secured and you can sleep peacefully.

Water and lights are included.

A washing machine is available. One bundle of washing per week is included.

Monthly rental is R3900 with a refundable deposit of R3500.

A one-time admin. fee of R300 applies at inception.

No smoking is allowed, inside or outside.

Clear credit record, ID, proof of employment, salaryslip, 6 months bank statement, contactable references are required.
