The rental amount is R6 000 and includes all rates, levies and water. Electricity is split it half with the other tenant. The complex is behind Broadacres Shopping Center and Virgin Acitive and Spar are both less than 500 metres away. Checkers - only 2.5 km away and Life Hospital 1.5 km away. Truly a convenient place to live with Fourways Mall only +/- 4 km away. Uber anywhere. There is easy access to public transport.
