A room is available within an apartment that is situated within a strategically located, strongly secured and well maintained residential block of flats within the Arcadia area (Pretoria); the following is offered: ~ this apartment is a 4 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Flat/Apartment; ~ sharing will be with 3 other Roomies who will be occupying their own separate rooms; ~ the rooms are very spacious with plenty of room for pesonal belongings; ~ shared spaces within the apartment are the Lounge/TV Area, the Kitchen, the first Bathroom and the Patio Area which will be converted into a “Chill Spot” for the tenants; ~ the apartment has access to reliable fibre with speeds of 30mbps minimum (cost to access fibre included within rental amount); ~ only 2 parking bays are available at an additonal cost therefore this will work on a first come first serve basis; ~ this residential block of flats is well secured with electrical fence, CCTV cameras covering all areas in and out of the property and as well as the Washing Line Area; ~ a Washing Line Area and Refuse Yard exists on the property for the benefit of the Roomies; ~ additonal cost for the Utility Bill is a minimum of R250 per Roomie for the Pre-Paid Electricity; and ~ in terms of locality: this apartment is a 5min walk to KwikSpar Arcadia or the Union Buildings or Muelmed Hospital and a 10min drive to the Pretoria CBD or the Hatfield Area.

Currenntly, other Roomies sharing the apartment are: ~ an IT/Tech professional who is under full time employment within the private sector; and ~ an ambituous full time student who is studying towards a commerce degree.
