I am looking for someone to take over my lease in this house In Melville, the house has warm and friendly individuals who are working professionals. My lease ends on 31 October 2023, but I must move out on 31 September due to unforeseen circumstances. Everyone is like family and weekends are for game nights and sometimes braai’s but overall everyone who lives here is kind and respectful.
