I have a beautiful upmarket apartment. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, fully furnished & available from the 1st October. The room has a bed, pedastal and built in cupboards. Will not be able to accomodate anyone looking to bring in a bed. I am looking to share with a female. There is no security deposit however the rent will be payable upfront.

I am a 32 year old female working in financial services, I am friendly and sometimes a clown but mostly I am of sober habits and keep to myself. The area is really quiet, less than 500 metres walking distance to the shopping centre. Public transport is easily accessible. The area is safe and serene.
