Marco's room

It’s in Westridge the nice part of Mitchells Plain. It’s a 3 minute walk to the USA every, Bakery, Butchery, fisheries,Tikka house, shelter garage and 1 minute away from the Bus Stop and house shop. You will ha e access to the indoor Braai room, storage space, lounge bar area. The room has access to the sunroof which could be used as a second bedroom if you have a child or fir a little portable kitchen should you nit want to share with me, the sunroom has a small balcony aswell.. The room is closest to my daughter’s room who is only here every second weekend. My room is on the other side of the house just through the kitchen so should you entertain downstairs I won’t really hear anything. The house was previously a business hence the space available. It really needs to be seen to be understood ( as much as it sounds like it, it’s not a top billing house😁)

I live alone, I have my daughter here every second weekend sometimes more often. I’m drinker( weekends) and a smoker so wouldn’t mind if you smoke or drink(weekends). I’m also ok with 1 or 2 kids.
