Room available in centrally located and fully furnished apartment with city, mountain, and distant ocean & harbour views - suitable for a comfortable, quiet stay in park like surrounds. Walking distance to the cbd, Kloof and Bree streets or the East City precinct. 5 mins walk to grocery/ convenience stores and public transport (Gardens Centre & MyCity bus stop). Room is furnished with a double bed, built-in-wardrobe, desk & chair. Bathroom is shared with one other. Price is for single occupancy, including Fibre internet, utilities etc. Parking available if required. Please provide some info about yourself if you are interested.

About the roomies

I’m the owner of the apartment, occupying the other room. I’m pretty laid-back and introvert by default, appreciate my personal space, but always keen to engage in social interactions. I’m a digital design and motion graphics producer who works oftern works from home, but will also be out a lot.
