I am owned by two pugs so roomie must absolutely love dogs 😊 65“ Smart tv, light speed Wi-Fi, UPS to keep Wi-Fi on during load shedding, air fryer, domestic cleaner once a week - available to you. Kitchen has all appliances besides and tumble dryer, however, there are two communal washing line areas which are monitored by cctv surveillance. Our complex surrounds a beautiful park so you will hear loads of birds and frogs from the pond (my favorite). We have the Paddocks shopping Centre at the entrance to our estate, and Sunset Beach just down the road.

Im a 34 year old woman, I own my own small business in beauty, i’m the mom of two pugs. I’m away about 2-3 weekends of the month. Our complex is pretty strict with rules/loud noise so we are all respectful of that. We have big communal swimming pool, maintenance of the complex is attended to daily and you have recycling bins available to you. The estate is great for long walks or runs and I have never felt unsafe as we have security patrolling the estate continuously.
