About the room

I would like someone to take over my lease in a 3 bedroom apartment in Rondebosch. Very close to the Baxter Theatre and PicknPay. The room is very small though so if that doesn’t bother you its pretty great otherwise. The apartment has a big kitchen and lounge. Includes a washing machine, dining room and couches. Wifi and water included in the rental. A double deposit is required but you can pay be pack over 2/3 months if required.

About the roomies

The other two roommates are students at Varsity College and UCT and are very nice people.
