Richard's room

I own a beautiful home in Strand and looking for someone to share it with. My property has a lot to offer in terms of entertainment (pool, indoor and outdoor braai areas, bar etc.).

I am a father to a 2yr old little girl (who stays with me 50% of the time) and have two dogs. I also travel often (my daughter will be with her mom when I do) and will be great if my housemate can look after my dogs :) I am an industry professional (health informatics) so tend to be on my laptop every now and then. Hoping that I can find a housemate that is mature, responsible and sober given that you will be around my daughter at times.
