• We have an emergency power supply to keep the wi-fi on during loadshedding.
• Shared kitchen and laundry.
• This room does not have a separate entrance.

Security deposit and term of contract to be discussed.

I will be living downstairs and if you cannot get along with my two very friendly dogs, then this is not for you. And this makes it unsuitable for your dog.
