• It also has a small office on the mezzanine floor, equipped with desk, lamp and chair.
• Both of these rooms are on the top floor of the house, in fact, the entire top floor will be yours.
• Fibre internet (with UPS), water and electricity included.
• Shared kitchen and laundry.
• Suitable for a single person male or female.
• It could work for a couple (it has a king size bed) but we will need to agree on electricity cost.
• This room does not have a separate entrance.
• Off street parking behind a locked gate.

Term of contract to be discussed.

I will be living downstairs and if you cannot get along with my very friendly dog, then this is not for you. And this makes it unsuitable for your pet.
