It is close to all amenities and high ways. The room is available furnished or non furnished. This is a very neat and well taken care of house. The house comes with parking in an automated garage. The place is ideal for someone with a car or working close by to be able to Uber daily as there is no public transport 😢

About the roomies

You will be sharing a beautiful and neat house with a Christian female and a teenage girl. We are looking for a very neat female. You must be a sound person with shared values. The lease period can be 1 to 6 months, subject to termination or renewal. Strictly non-smoking habits. You may drink alcohol as long as that will not interfere with us. No parties or loud music allowed.
