Requirements? Easy peasy! I need someone who’s professional, honest, and who loves to laugh. Oh, and no drugs, folks - let’s keep it legal and fun around here!

Now, let’s talk about the perks! We’ve got one bedroom available for you, my future roomie. The bathroom comes with a shower.

Sure, the spare bedroom may be on the smaller side, but think of it as your personal fortress of solitude - cozy and compact!

And the best part? We’re all about sharing the love (and the space!). From Netflix binges in the living room to backyard BBQs in our awesome braai area, you’ll never feel lonely in this place!

Worried about staying connected in the digital realm? Fret not! We’ve got WiFi so fast it’ll make your head spin (well, not literally).

Oh, did we mention the swimming pool? Yep, dive in and make a splash whenever you want!

Power outages? Pfft, not here! We’ve got a trusty generator to keep the lights on, even during the wildest of storms. We’ll discuss the fuel bill, of course :)

Now, we’re dog-friendly around here, but since allergies are a thing, our furry buddies hang out mostly outside. But don’t worry, they’ve got their own cool hangout spot under a lapa - it’s the dog’s version of a five-star hotel!

And hey, I am planning to spruce up the place, so it’ll look even more fabulous in the future! Remember, work and studies always come first, so it won’t be just parties all the time. As the proud owner of this property, I’m on the lookout for a housemate. My main goal is to enjoy some company, but don’t worry, I’m not an annoying presence!

I have to confess, I’m a smoker, and sometimes, I can be quite sociable. However, many evenings, you’ll find me diligently working away in my room. I’m a friendly guy, but I do have a serious side to me as well.
