Tessa's room

Quiet, tranquil and safe area about 2.5 km from Tyger Valley from Durbanville side. A small loose standing cottage (bedroom with en-suite) with it’s own entrance and own small outdoor area with outside table and four chairs for exclusive use. TV with only Netflix, but smart TV, so streaming of other programs possible at own cost. Fridge and microwave inside cottage for own use. Full access to kitchen and two lounge areas shared with the other tenants. Big backyard with swimming pool surrounded with trees which gives privacy to the property. A built braai and a portable braai and two 8-seater outside tables available for use. Bedding and towels changed once a week. Washing done once a week (ironing excluded). Cottage cleaned once a week. Water and electricity and WiFi included. Parking behind security gate and fence.

I live in my four bedroom home with another two tenants, my chicken and three dogs. Then there is the loose standing cottage as well. We all get on well and live in peace and harmony. I am a relatively tidy female person and won’t share well with a very untidy person or someone who does not look after his/her personal hygiene or who is inconsiderate towards others. I love people and get on well with almost all people but also love my personal space. My oldest sister generally spends weekends with me.
