I’m looking for a lady to share a two bedroom ground floor flat with. I need someone who is responsible, neat and of sober habits ( but a sip of sauvignon blanc here and there is encouraged). You need to be comfortable with complying with shared community rules like low levels of noise.

There’s enough parking space and Mycity bus stop is literally next to the complex gate.

Rent is R4600 including Wi-Fi. Water and electricity bill is R250
