About the room
Very CENTRAL flat close to the N1, shops etc… The flat is part of a block that has a quaint strip mall below. Lucky Rodrigo is at the one end. There’s a Seattle Coffee yum and the road that we are on is quiet…Lucky’s has a beat in the distance…
Water is included in the rent not electricity…no internet either.
There is 1.5 bathrooms & a large lounge… I don’t have a TV and prefer not to have one. The room available is lovely and warm. I lived there with a desk & a single bed - there is 3 BIC. The household basics will be split (cleaners, toilet paper, cleaning lady etc) there is a bath & shower…
About the roomies
I am now looking for a roomie in a 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom flat above shops in Lynnwood. I work downstairs from the flat. I have 2x dogs that are not yet living with me but they are coming …I have most recently come off a farm so I am not used to the hustle and bustle! I have VERY sober habits and sleep early if I am not studying… I am outgoing but I also like my own company. I KNOW that I am a great Roomie because I have been a Nomad and have NEVER been asked to leave…
