HOUSE SHARE

WELCOME:

Hello and welcome to our beautiful home, which is located mountain side in Gordon’s Bay. Our home is situated in a quite and tranquil area that is near all amenities and less than a 10 minute drive from the beach.

THE HOUSE:

We have a 2 story house that has been spilt into 2 separate, self containing units.

The top unit is currently occupied by a working professional who runs a private practice from home.

The bottom unit has 4 bedrooms with newly fitted en suite bathrooms, a lovely large living room that consists of both lounge and dinning areas(communal areas are furnished) and a fully equipped kitchen, which includes, stove, microwave, kettle, fridge and washing machine.

There is currently 1 person, who works as an online teacher, renting a room on the bottom floor and we are looking for 1 more person to rent a room.

THE ROOM:

We currently have 1 room that is available for rent. The room is a very bright and spacious room that can easily accommodate a queen size bed and a desk. The room is semi-furnished with a bed and desk but the furnishings can be removed on request.

THE CANDIDATE:

Because we are working from home we are looking for quite, of sober habits, working professionals and/or post graduate students. We both work from 9-5 and require a home that is quite, calm and relaxed.

THE OFFER:

We are currently offering 1 bedroom with an en suite bathroom on the bottom floor unit of our house. The room comes semi-furnished, water and lights are included and there is WiFi available. The communal areas are furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. There is off street parking for up to 3 cars.

IMPORTNAT INFOMATION:

First month rent + Deposit. Background/credit checks will be done. We require at least 2 recommendations. No pets because we have 2 cats. MUST BE A CAT PERSON. No couples. No children.

The current roomie is an online teacher that works from home. He is a very calm, patient and kind person.
