Clarendon Road

A beautiful house in the suburbs within walking distance to the Rondebosch Common. Near a dog park and surrounded by friendly families. Currently don’t get loadshedding (but that may change - no promises).

There is a back garden and parking for an extra two cars.

The house is fully furnished besides the bedroom you’d be taking.

I live with a cute (well-socialised, small to medium sized dog) - Zoey. As well as a cat (Rodger). They both play together, so I think that other dogs or cats would definitely not be a problem after some introduction.

I enjoy running, spending time on the mountain, hiking, surfing, skating, slacklining, camping and all sorts of other outdoors activities. Not a homebody, but with that being said, watching movies and series are a must from time to time, along with braais with friends and all the other social activities included. I also play games from time to time and play the guitar.

I am a Software Engineer and work home from time to time, so that is also something worth noting as I will be taking meetings from home and would need silence during them.

I keep a VERY clean and organised household and ensuring such is a must!
